2. Products

We strive to display products and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to manufacturing or display settings.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Mollie and may include multiple payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other supported options.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within Europe.

Shipping times depend on the destination country.

6. Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-designed products including items with personalized logos or designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

8. Liability

Champs Fightwear shall not be liable for damages caused by improper use of products.

9. Product Design & Colour Variations

Champs Fightwear reserves the right to make minor updates or changes to product designs, colours, materials, logos, labels, stitching or other visual details from time to time, including during ongoing production.

Product images shown on our website are intended to provide a representation of the product. Due to lighting, photography, screen settings and production variations, colours and visual details may appear slightly different from the actual product received.

Minor design or colour variations that do not materially affect the product’s quality, functionality or essential characteristics shall not be considered a defect.

We will always make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and images accurately represent the products offered. This provision does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights or legal warranty rights.
