Return Period

Customers may return unused products within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in original packaging
• The item must be in resellable condition

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom products with personalized logos or designs
• Custom-made gym equipment
• Personalized team gear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
