5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within Europe.

Shipping times depend on the destination country.

6. Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Custom Orders

Custom-designed products including items with personalized logos or designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
